Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method before the account is closed. GCash and PayMaya deposits are usually credited instantly. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, try refreshing your account balance. For bank transfers, allow up to 2–3 business hours. Withdrawals

Most jilee withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount on jilee is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500. jilee does not charge withdrawal fees, but please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for any applicable receiving fees on their end.

Withdrawal requests may be declined for the following reasons:
  • KYC verification has not been completed on your account
  • Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
  • The withdrawal account details do not match your registered name
  • Suspected fraudulent or unusual account activity
  • Insufficient account balance after pending bets are settled
